This variety has elegant bright pink colored buds that will open up easily and will unfold into sphere shaped pink flowers. Monsieur Jules Elie is considered a relatively old variety, but is still used a lot as a cut flower peony. The high productivity and heavy plant makes Monsieur Jules Elie very suitable as a cut flower peony. This variety will perform well in all climates including greenhouse cultivation.
